    Exercises

    Pause Exercises (for relieving tension)

    • These exercises should be performed at intervals particularly if you feel pain or discomfort
    • Perform them slowly and smoothly - three times each
    • A minimal amount of pain may be experienced during the exercises, but there should not be more pain as a result of them

    Shoulders:

    • Pull shoulder blades together and push down
    • Stretch fingers

    • In sitting position
      Straighten leg and pull up towards you
    • Hold
    • Lower
    • Repeat with left leg
